We met the family this year at Myrtle Beach for our week long vacation.  Here are a few pictures of the Monster.

Aug 2nd - First attempt at dinner with a fork.  Messy to say the least.

 Aug 5th - Cowboy hat.  This one had to go back to the store.  It wasn't made of the right material to stand up to Austin's handling.

Aug 7th - Watching a movie on his nap mat.

Aug 15th - Listening to some tunes with Daddy.

Aug 19th -  Pooped out after day 2 at day care.  Time to watch a movie and have a snack.

One Year Pictures with Big Boy Haircut

In case you missed this on Facebook, a baby deer decided to hang out in our flower bed at the end of June.  It stayed there for about an hour before moving on.  Austin got to watch it through the front window.  It was sweet.

July 19th - I made Austin a hat for the winter.  This was before I put two buttons on it.  He's such a cute baby model.

July 20th - Here's the Monster and his master piece.  He loves to color.  Ok, so he did at first and now he likes to try to eat the crayons.  Good thing they are non-toxic.

I need my dad to send me some Myrtle Beach pictures.  Stand-by.

I'm back

I know that I am terribly behind and I apologize.  I have no pictures to put up right now.  We went to Myrtle Beach for  the week including the 4th of July.  Other than that, we haven't done any traveling.  Austin has started back to daycare and is in the toddler room.  He was bitten the first day, but no marks or anything.  He seems to be okay with it and happy when I pick him up.  I watch him through the window for a few minutes before I let him know that I'm there.  He also peed on his potty for the first time this weekend.  It was Friday night and I was at a friend's birthday dinner so I missed it.  It was just before bath and the naked baby was running the house.  He was playing on his potty in the bathroom when Sam told him to go potty and he DID!  It hasn't happened since, but it was pretty neat.  And that's really the first FIRST that Sam has gotten to experience.  Well, I'm going to try to round up some pictures and get us caught up.  Sorry it's taken so long.  The summer was pretty busy.
